Ruthie got in the kitchen again today and made some delicious mini sausage roll bites!!

Following an easy recipe:

  • 2 cups of lukewarm milk
  • 2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (9 gr)

You have a great soft dough to fill with anything you love. I used mini sausages and some grated cheese.

Some egg yolk on top and a little more cheese to decorate our bites and we're ready for the oven, where we bake our rolls for about 25-30 minutes at 200°C degrees.
