Birch Grove

You can't confuse birch with anything. No other tree has such a white trunk. And birch also has sap. It is harvested with the arrival of spring and until the buds begin to bloom, that is, until the leaves appear. To get the juice, an incision is made in the bark. Moisture collects in it drop by drop. The juice is transparent, slightly sweetish in taste. You can find a straw, which is easy to get from a dry blade of grass, and drink birch water through it. After that, you need to cover the incision with a piece of moss so that the juice does not just flow down to the ground.
