I helped a friend of mine who ownes a dog the other day. He had to attend to a funeral, so I offered to take care of his dog while he was gone.
I decided to go for a run with him, with no focus on tempo, time or heart zones. I experiencedd that this was a perfect session for me to be able to not push for new PRs or segments!
