You know you’re a runner when you lace up your shoes and go outside running when it’s windy, dark and icy conditions. By the time my kid’s sports event was over and everyone was at home yesterday, it had already gotten dark. I managed not to debate whether or not I was going outside and just do it. 10K in the running bank!
