## ¿Estamos ayudando a defender nuestros derechos, la equidad, venciendo la pobreza, quedando al margen, apoyándonos unos a otros, y como?

Opino que realmente en estos tiempos han sido de evolución y unión femenina, está ha sido una era de gran fortaleza y de voz alzada, en donde se ha fomentado aún más que antes el crecimiento como género. En donde la equidad de género ha sido un tema relevante y de suma importancia en nuestra sociedad, las mujeres hemos sido un gran ejemplo mostrándonos autosuficientes, perseverantes, de iniciativa y con la capacidad de sostenernos y de romper anteriores patrones a los que anteriormente estábamos sometidas. En la actualidad somos y seguiremos tomando un papel protagónico en el mundo entero, ocupando los puestos de trabajo que en el pasado no nos estaban permitidos, alcanzando grandes metas personales y evolucionando en todo sentido. Gozando así de privilegios para futuras generaciones.

Where gender equality has been a relevant and extremely important issue in our society, women have been a great example, showing ourselves to be self-sufficient, persevering, initiative and with the ability to sustain ourselves and break previous patterns to which we were previously subjected. . At present we are and will continue to play a leading role throughout the world, occupying jobs that in the past were not allowed to us, reaching great personal goals and evolving in every way. Thus enjoying privileges for future generations.

## ¿Nos mantenemos en contacto con otras mujeres regularmente, comprobando si necesitan ayuda, compartiendo cargas entre nosotras y cómo?

Las mujeres como tal somos espléndidas, inteligentes y brillantes, pero siempre solemos vernos como competencia, y pienso que mientras más disminuya esa visión de vernos como rivales, más saldremos favorecidas, siendo más unidas, enfocadas y fuertes de lo podamos haber imaginado. Debemos de ser altruistas y de favorecernos con acciones positivas que vengan cargadas de buenas intenciones y acciones haciendo las cosas desde el corazón sin importar el género, el nivel social, la religión o incluso nuestra preferencia sexual, sencillamente viéndonos como amigas logrando grandes dones positivos en la vida de todos. Porque la realidad es que cuando nos ayudamos y ayudamos a otros nos hacemos mucho más valiosos. Ayudarnos no nos debilita, nos mantiene arriba y con energías positivas y vibrantes.

Women as such are splendid, intelligent and brilliant, but we always tend to see ourselves as competition, and I think that the more that vision of seeing ourselves as rivals diminishes, the more we will be favored, being more united, focused and stronger than we could have imagined. We must be altruistic and favor ourselves with positive actions that come loaded with good intentions and actions doing things from the heart regardless of gender, social level, religion or even our sexual preference, simply seeing each other as friends achieving great positive gifts in everyone's life. Because the reality is that when we help ourselves and help others we become much more valuable. Helping us doesn't weaken us, it keeps us up and with positive and vibrant energies.

En la actualidad gracias a él auge de la tecnología y el uso de distintas plataformas digitales podemos no solo estar en contacto, sino también ayudarnos a pesar de la distancia. También nos permite conseguir reflejar las buenas acciones y ser y hacer noticia a nivel mundial. En todos los casos, dándonos siempre apoyo, para ser fuerte.

Currently, thanks to the rise of technology and the use of different digital platforms, we can not only stay in touch, but also help each other despite the distance. It also allows us to reflect good deeds and be and make news worldwide. In all cases, always giving us support, to be strong.
