Desde el mes de mayo hemos visto caer el precio de Bitcoin y a su vez el de el resto de cyptomonedas, tokens, NFTs, etc, en lo que se ha dado en llamar crypto-invierno, que también responde al patrón de "halvings" de 4 años de Bitcoin, ya sucedió en 2014 cuando pasó de 1000 a 200 $, en 2018 de 20000 a 3000 y de nuevo en 2022 ha vuelto a ocurrir en la misma proporción, de 69000 a 20000 $, si os fijais en los charts veréis que estos mínimos coinciden aproximadamente con la mitad del recorrido hacia un nuevo halving. Este comportamiento del mercado también ha afectado al precio de HIVE y por supuesto a todos los juegos que hay en la plataforma, incluyendo a Rising Star.
Cuando sucede algo así, es decir, una bajada de los precios que se alarga en el tiempo durante meses, suele conllevar "panic sells", miedo, desesperación e impotencia. Pero en realidad es el momento de las oprtunidades, así fue en 2014, en 2018 y por supuesto ahora. Dentro del mundo del "trading" no profesional siempre vemos como lo "inversores" venden cuando algo baja y compran cuando algo sube, cuando debería ser al revés, es esto lo que produce frustración, y además contribuye a acentuar las bajadas de precios. Para bien o para mal esto es lo normal, como decía, en el mundo del trading no profesional.
Por supuesto lo hemos visto también suceder en Rising Star, venta indiscriminada de NFTs y STARBITS, acelerando así una bajada de precios muy abrupta. Lo mismo ha pasado con STARPRO. Asi pues, ahora tener la STARBITS Millonaire tan solo cuesta unos 45$ y un STARPRO cuesta algo menos de 3 $. Hace unos meses la millonaria podia rondar los 350 $ y un STARPRO los 10 $. Creo que los números hablan por si solos.
Muchos atribuyen esta bajada de precios a elementos externos como la inflación, la guerra, la incertidumbre energética, pero ni el 2014 ni el 2018 se daba esta situación y el comportamiento fue el mismo o extremadamente parecido.
Ahora bien, porque he titulado este post "Is STARPRO the real thing? pues lo digo porque sin duda es un token muy interesante, en primer lugar por su ecasez, hay en circulación sólo 50k y habrá una emisión máxima de 500k, lo que lo hace, en compración con cualquier token, realmente escaso, podéis compararlo con otros ya sea de HIVE, ERC-20, EOS, etc etc. y comprabaréis que hay una gran diferencia.
Por otra parte el STARPRO es dificil de conseguir en el juego, hay que quemar decenas de miles de STARBITS para conseguir solo uno en "Music Promoter" o bien ir al mercado y pagar alrededor de 5 HIVE por cada token. Así que, como ya hemos dicho, después de haberlo visto a 10 $, tenerlo ahora disponible por menos de 3 $ puede ser visto como una oportunidad.
El STARPRO también es necesario dentro del juego para las misiones FANCLUB y Festival World Tour. También podemos adquirir "Backstage Pass", que igualmente sirve para participar en el Festival World Tour, y si no los utilizas para esas misiones también sirve para almacenar tus STARPRO en forma de carta y así contribuir a tus estadísticas en el Ranking del juego.
Terminaré diciendo que este post no es ningún consejo financiero, solo intento trasladar mi opinión personal basada en la experiencia de muchos años en el mundo Bitcoin y blockchain y en la de no tantos años en la plataforma HIVE y en el juego Rising Star.

This market behavior has also affected the price of HIVE and of course all the games on the platform, including Rising Star.
When something like this happens, that is, a drop in prices that lasts for months, it usually leads to "panic sells", fear, despair and impotence. But in reality it is the moment of opportunities, that is how it was in 2014, in 2018 and of course now. Within the world of non-professional "trading" we always see how "investors" sell when something goes down and buy when something goes up, when it should be the other way around, this is what causes frustration, and also contributes to accentuating price drops. For better or worse this is normal, as I said, in the world of non-professional trading.
Of course we have also seen it happen in Rising Star, indiscriminate sale of NFTs and STARBITS, thus accelerating a very abrupt price drop. The same has happened with STARPRO. So now the STARBITS Millionaire is only around $45 to own and a STARPRO is just under $3. A few months ago the millionaire could be around $350 and a STARPRO $10. I think the numbers speak for themselves.
Many want to attribute this drop in prices to external elements such as inflation, war, energy uncertainty, but neither in 2014 nor in 2018 did this situation occur and the behavior was the same or extremely similar.
Now, because I have titled this post "Is STARPRO the real thing? Well, I say it because it is undoubtedly a very interesting token, first of all because of its scarcity, there are only 50k in circulation and there will be a maximum issue of 500k, which ago, in comparison with any token, really scarce, you can compare it with others either HIVE, ERC-20, EOS, etc etc. and you will see that there is a big difference.
On the other hand, STARPRO is hard to get in the game, you have to burn tens of thousands of STARBITS to get just one in "Music Promoter" or go to the market and pay about 5 HIVE for each token. So, as we've already said, after seeing it at $10, having it now available for less than $3 can be seen as an opportunity.
The STARPRO is also required in-game for the FANCLUB and Festival World Tour quests. We can also buy "Backstage Pass", which is also used to participate in the Festival World Tour, and if you do not use them for those missions, it is also used to store your STARPRO in the form of a card and thus contribute to your statistics in the Game Ranking.
