The construction of a two-lane road in Idi, during 2017 and 2018, brings a double positive effect. The traffic in the center of East Aceh district is getting smoother and Idi atmosphere as the capital of the district is also more beautiful.
"It should be continued, especially for the western region, starting from the bridge Simpang Keude Geurubak to the location of the Kodim office, in Teupin Bate," Heriansyah said (photo) to Waspada, Monday (02/12/2017).
Young figure Idi explained, the western region is including the area of traffic flow because there are several important public facilities, including; Fishing Ports (PPI) Keutapang Mameh, Hospitals, Orphanages, Rutan Idi and the location of the East Aceh Kodim Complex project.
"At some points, such as Simpude Keude Geureubak area, Simpang Gampong Baro and Teupin Bate-Alue Dua Muka intersection, it is also prone to traffic accidents, due to insufficient road width," Heriansyah added.
That is why, Heri urged the Government of Aceh to build roads and bridges to benefit the citizens.
