Yeast Free, Sugar Free Quick Bread Recipe

Easy, fast bread recipe. No bread maker needed!

1 cup flour (in the video I am using ⅔cup of BAM flour, which is buckwheat, millet and amaranth and ⅓cup almond flour. In the second batch I am using ½ cup buckwheat and a ½ cup almond flour)

2 eggs, room temperature

1 cup milk, room temperature (I am using almond milk)

3 tbsps melted butter

¼ tsp pink salt

1.) In a high speed blender, combine eggs, milk, and butter. Blend for 20 seconds.

2.) Add flour and salt to liquids, and blend for another 20 seconds.

3.) Grease bun tray, ramekin, or loaf pan, and pour in batter.

4.) Bake at 425℉ for 20 minutes

5.) Lower temperature to 375℉ and continue baking for another 12-13 minutes.

6.) Pop out of trays and allow to cool on the counter.
