Basic Bakery!

In addition to doing a Venezuelan Cheese course, I also had the opportunity to do a Basic Bakery course. This reminds me of @intrepidsurfer he usually makes his own breads.

The course lasted a little over 6 hours and we made different types of bread, the basics of sweet and salty dough, such as:

Peasant Bread and Canilla (These use the same dough.
Hamburger Bread, Hot Dogs and Dely (Same Mass).
Mold or sandwich bread as we are told in my country.
Wholemeal bread.
Sweet Bread (Guava)
It is important that the process of making these loaves uses the correct measure, this will make the bread soft and with good texture.
I have some experience in bread, in December I prepare some loaves called Pan de Jamón, the dough is sweet but it has ham on the inside so here is a combination of sweet and salty.

I'm going to show you a little bit of the recipes and procedures of the breads.

The bread quill or peasant are prepared with the same dough here the difference is the size of the bread, the thin ones are called Canillas and the Widths are called Peasants. These also go for the weight the bread Canilla its weight is 100 grams and the bread Canilla of 200 grams.

The first thing we have to do here is to put the water, sugar and yeast and stir and then add butter, wheat flour and the last is the salt, this is so that it does not make direct contact with the yeast and can Do not leave a good bread.

This is a bit of the ways that the loaves are taking.

The bread of hamburgers, hot dogs and Dely is also used the same dough, this is with different technique.

Here you put the water or milk, sugar, yeast, eggs and oil in a blender for 7 seconds. The flour is placed in a bowl with the flour and form a crater and there we add the mixture that was made in the blender.
These are painted with egg yolk and a bit of ajonjoly seeds are placed.

The loaf is what we call also sandwich bread this so that it has that shape is baked in a mold for this type of bread.

This we did with a sweet touch we added a little raisins, we did see it whole, from that dough we prepare some round integral loaves.

This is the same procedure as the Canilla y Campesino bread, there is only difference in some ingredients.

Finally we have sweet bread or guava in jam type.

Same procedure to make the dough, this is a sweet dough from here come sweet breads or pineapples.

We added a little guava jam, this gave it an incredible flav

We made a cross cut to the loaves to create that pineapple shape, unfortunately I do not have a picture of this bread in its end was very rich and I do not have a sample for a photo.
