泰式煎鱼饼THAI STYLE FISH CAKE

材料:

500g鱼胶

1粒蛋

2大匙疯柑叶碎

½大匙九层塔碎古

1小匙指天椒碎

调味料:

½大匙咖哩粉

½小匙盐

1大匙粟粉

少许胡椒粉和麻油

沾酱:

泰式甜辣椒酱大

做法:

1,全部材料和调味料放入大碗中,充分拌匀

2,将混合料分成15份,做成扁圆形,然后放进热油中炸至金黄色,捞起沥干油分。

3,配上泰式甜辣椒酱享用。

INGREDIENTS:

500g fish paste

1 egg

½tbsp finely chopped kafir lime leaf

½tbsp finely Thai sweet basil leaf

1 tsp chopped chilli padi

SEASONING:

½tbsp curry powder

½tsp salt

1 tbsp corn flour

dash of pepper and sesame oil

DIPPING SAUCE:

Thai sweet chilli sauce

**METHOD: **

  1. Combine all ingredients and seasoning in a mixing bowl and stir well.

  2. Divide fish paste mixture into 15 portions and form into flat round shape. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish and drain

  3. Serve with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
