泰式凉拌芒果丝 Mango Kerabu Thai Style

材料

2粒青芒果,去皮,切丝

1粒洋葱,去皮,切丝

6条指天椒,切碎

调味料(拌匀)

2大匙酸柑汁

2大匙糖

½小匙盐

3大匙花生酱

½小匙麻油

3大匙酸梅酱

配料:

3大匙炒香花生,压碎

50g泰国即食鱿鱼干,炸脆

做法:

1,将全部材料放进大碗中,然后加入调味料拌匀,上碟

2,洒上花生碎和鱿鱼干即可作为开胃前菜享用。

INGREDIENTS :

2 green mangoes, peeled shredded finely

1 onion, peeled and shredded

6 chilli padi, chopped

**SEASONING (MIXED WELL): **

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp sugar tsp salt

3 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 tsp sesame oil

3 tbsp plum sauce

TO SERVE:

3 tbsp chopped toasted peanut, pounded coarsely

50g Thai ready-to-eat seasoned dried squid, fried until crispy

**METHOD: **

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl, add in seasoning and stir until well mixed. Arrange onto a serving platter.

  2. Sprinkle chopped peanut, fried dried squid on top and serve a appetizer.
