Sandwiches with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Ingredients:
Bun (bread for toast) - 4 pcs .;
Large tomato - 1 pc .;
Basil - 6-8 leaves;
Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams;
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Balsamic vinegar (optional) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
Salt, pepper - to taste.

• Cut the tomato and cheese into rings. Cut the bun along into two parts.
• We lubricate one inner side of the bread with oil, the other with balsamic vinegar (just a little bit).
• Put tomato on the butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with cheese, then - again with tomato and salt and pepper and decorate with basil. Cover the second part of the bun and press hard.
• In a dry frying pan or grill, fry sandwiches on each side until golden brown.
