The government is so corrupt they don't know how important electricity is. Or maybe they do and they just pure evil. Trying to make the poor, poorer and rich, richer.
Job opportunities are scarce thanks to our growing populace and reduction in numbers of companies.
Companies now flee the country to neighbouring countries because the cost to power electricity is doubling the cost of production. If i was a business person too, i would rather go to a country where my cost of production is lesser and I gain more profits.
Those left, increases the price of their products to ridiculous prices just so they don't sell at a loss. The populace have no choice but to buy.
With all the resources in Nigeria, we take lead at having the highest number of poor people in the world. This is not because Nigerians are lazy, these guys are hardworkers, I get inspired just walking along my street with people trying to make ends meet and I still wonder how most Nigerians are still poor.
Today's rant is because I have been thinking of small business ideas I can get into to save my broke ass, but everytime I bump into the issue of power outage.
I am still furious, I don't even want to think of anything again. I have been avoiding looking for a job cause I couldn't stand the ridiculous payment attached to some description. Now i am back to surfing the net, looking for a manageable pay since all my ideas are facing the electricity ditch
