Para ser sincera mi artesania de hoy jamás la había hecho, ni siquiera lo había intentado pero si llamaba mucho mi atención, por eso tuve que investigar un poco sobre la técnica para realizar el mejor trabajo posible.

Primero debes alistar el área de trabajo y los materiales, luego con el marcador dibujas sobre el cartón la silueta de un gato de perfil; puedes hacerlo el diseño en papel y luego transfieres la forma al cartón.

Luego cortamos con mucho cuidado; utilicé cartón porque es el material que tenía a la mano además de ser muy resistente sin embargo puedes utilizar otro material como madera o papel, todo depende de lo firme que quieras este adorno.

Con un pincel grueso y pintura negra pintamos en una sola dirección toda la silueta del diseño, aplicamos las capas de pintura que sean necesarias y que quede lo más negro posible. Luego dejamos secar muy bien.

Continuamos y momento de comenzar nuestro arte de puntos, les cuento que yo ni sabía por dónde comenzar jeje pero inicie por la cola colocado puntos de pintura morado claro con el reverso del pincel grueso aleatoriamente. Y pinté la cabeza para tener una guía donde terminarían los puntos.

Luego poco iremos añadiendo a nuestro trabajo puntos de otros colores para darle volumen y más color, en mi caso coloqué puntos amarillos ya que es un color que resalta mucho. También hice rayas a lo en la parte de arriba de la cola, y unas formas de hojas con pintura verde que parten de un punto y en la parte baja hice puntos pequeños y grandes con un morado más oscuro y pintura roja.

Soon we will add dots of other colors to our work to give it volume and more color, in my case I put yellow dots since it is a color that stands out a lot. I also did stripes on the top of the tail, and some leaf shapes with green paint starting from a point and on the bottom I made small and large dots with a darker purple and red paint.

En este paso, agregamos otras formas como la de una flor y diamantes pero recuerda todas deben ir acompañadas de puntos bien sea a los lado o por encima de ellas.

Seguimos haciendo más puntos de formas de colores vivos hasta cubrir toda la silueta y llegar hasta la cabeza.

Luego pintamos el ojo de nuestro tierno gatito mirando a su dueño. Y terminamos los detalles de su cara.

Para finalizar, pintamos la pequeña caja de negro para la base y pegamos nuestro gato dandole estabilidad con un palillo de altura pegado en la parte de atrás.
