Usually instead they go for these private gardens. This particular garden seems a little overgrown, eh? Most people seem to hire landscapers to trim the garden instead of doing it themselves, so I suppose maybe that's the case here too and maybe he was overbooked and hasn't had the chance to visit this house for awhile.
