As it happens, I love π sausages. I can eat them prepared π in 100ts deferment ways, or as they come.
Today I would like to share with you my recepy for scrambled eggs with silesia sausage, onion and tomato.
It is very simple to prepare and I can guarantee, very delicious π.
Ingredients:
β’ One Silesia sausage
β’ Two eggs
β’ One large onion
β’ One or two tomatoes (depends on size)
β’ Salt and pepper (or chilli πΆ powder)
Preparation:
Slice sausage and fried til brown on both sides.
Cut onion in to thin slices and add to fried sausage.
Cook until golden-brown and soft.
Chop tomatoes finely and add to the fried sausage and onion.
Cook till tomatoes get soft and juice from tomatoes will reduce.
At this moment I always add salt and chilli πΆ.
Lightly whisk eggs in the bowl with a little water and salt,. Pour into fry pan.
Cook sterring from time to time until eggs are softly set.
And now you can enjoy π!
