Silesia sausage with scrambled eggs

As it happens, I love πŸ’˜ sausages. I can eat them prepared πŸ˜‹ in 100ts deferment ways, or as they come.
Today I would like to share with you my recepy for scrambled eggs with silesia sausage, onion and tomato.

It is very simple to prepare and I can guarantee, very delicious πŸ˜‹.

Ingredients:

β€’ One Silesia sausage
β€’ Two eggs
β€’ One large onion
β€’ One or two tomatoes (depends on size)
β€’ Salt and pepper (or chilli 🌢 powder)

Preparation:

Slice sausage and fried til brown on both sides.
Cut onion in to thin slices and add to fried sausage.

Cook until golden-brown and soft.
Chop tomatoes finely and add to the fried sausage and onion.

Cook till tomatoes get soft and juice from tomatoes will reduce.

At this moment I always add salt and chilli 🌢.
Lightly whisk eggs in the bowl with a little water and salt,. Pour into fry pan.

Cook sterring from time to time until eggs are softly set.
