It is a idens aurea, it is native to central America, although it has already spread to other parts of the world, in new zealand it is considered an invasive plant, it grows both in warm and temperate climates and it is a perennial plant, you can find them in bushes next to roads, roads or uncultivated lands, in some part of Mexico it is used medicinally to treat gastrointestinal problems in the form of an infusion.
