We have been asked by @qurator as their new Monday Mission theme to come up with six green items in no specific form or order so i am going to try my luck on presenting you with my most enjoyed landscape views that i hiked and saw on a trip to California just over a year ago.
This was at a small town called Lafayette it is in the Contra Costa County and is one of the best places to live in California. The town of Lafayette only has a population of about 26,000 thousand and most of them are retirees , so it's quite a cool peaceful town to live in and what a place to retire just walk out your front door and your breathing all that fresh mountain air and looking at all that greenery around you.
Great hiking grounds especially in spring when all those Poppy flowers start springing up all over them green mountains , if i was living in California , Lafayette would be my town of retirement no doubt how could you not imagine waking up to all that beautiful green nature bearing down at you.
