HOW MUCH ... ah ... HUMOR?

lol_2.jpg

So you get to enjoy cosmic laughter,

things put themselves into perspective for you.

That's what happened to me this morning.

I told myself that everything I write so seriously or think so seriously has basically no meaning.

Looking for the meaning makes the whole thing a rather tedious undertaking, and you may lose all your humour in the process.

People do things because they can do them. If they couldn't do them, they wouldn't do them. Logical, isn't it?

It was helpful for me that my man read me a product description of a device that had gone through a translation machine, which ...

... spat out completely meaningless stuff as a result.

Either you go mad reading through the babble and trying to find some sense or logic in it, in which case it's an excellent instrument of torture, or ...

(so nice, these polarities, are'n they?)

... you abandon any desire to find something meaningful and ...

... voila: you're already enjoying the cosmic giggles!

We all sit in front of our machines and type content into them.

In a very impressive way, the magical process of publishing and disseminating starts. Millions of people, also sitting in front of their machines, then pick up what they have seen and read and in turn spread it further.

"Speed, speed up!" everyone shouts to each other and haste is made to scan, rate, converse or get excited about the latest hot shit. In short: to make sense of it. But there is none.

I think I'm enlightened now.

And you guys?

Read about the first cosmic giggle

which is pretty much the long version of this one ;-)
