No se sorprendan, queridos hermanos venezolanos, si un día en una de sus publicaciones ven el icono que tienen acá de primera imagen entre los comentarios, pues, he aceptado una misión muy especial que se me ha asignado por mi compromiso y amor hacia esta hermosa plataforma desde que empecé a ser llamado steemian.
¿Qué sucedió, Ilazra?
Hace unos 4 días un usuario llamado @tarekadam ofreció una delegación de 10.000 SP por dos semanas para algún curador venezolano que se comprometiera a votar contenido netamente venezolano para ser un pequeño apoyo ante la situación y crisis inminente que se está viviendo en el país. Hubo más de 100 comentarios, nominaciones y palabras de apoyo para muchas iniciativas y personas que querían aceptar el reto.
Yo decidí nominarme para recibir esta responsabilidad porque verdaderamente creo que tengo un criterio muy objetivo y un amor increíble por esta plataforma como para hacer una labor completamente responsable con ese poder y simplemente todo salió bien, pues ¡RECIBÍ LA DELEGACIÓN!

¿Y eso qué significa?
Esto significa que a partir del día de Mañana LUNES 5 de Noviembre voy a comenzar una labor de curación manual a talentos venezolanos de calidad (y con prioridad en los infravalorados). Para ello, he desarrollado una estrategia que va a lograr que la curación sea muy efectiva, justa y transparente. Dicha estrategia consta de las siguientes especificaciones:
Votación por rondas: Para evitar que el Poder de Voto se consuma a un punto en el que el voto no valga nada, voy a dividir la votación en tres rondas (Diurna, Tarde y Nocturna), en cada una de las rondas voy a votar 4 publicaciones y por último votaré un post del proyecto @swimproject para aportar al crecimiento del mismo, esto para un total de 13 post votados diarios al 100% (otorga una recompensa de 0.4$) y no bajar de 80% de Poder de Voto.
Criterio de selección: Para el primer punto, existirá un criterio de selección para las publicaciones que serán apoyadas, dicho criterio es el siguiente:
Publicaciones de calidad: Aunque la idea es apoyar, por supuesto que no voy a votar publicaciones que no tengan una muestra de que el autor está buscando crear calidad.
Buenas prácticas: El punto 1 es importante, pero este es el punto clave para este apoyo. Mi criterio como curador ha mejorado muchísimo y conseguir personas que estén haciendo malas prácticas como spam o plagio no es nada complicado, por lo que, de encontrar el primer indicio a que el autor comete algún tipo de práctica de esta índole voy a ignorar el post y hacer la denuncia respectiva a SteemCleaners.
No habrá tag exclusivo: Para esta labor no hará falta un tag en particular ni nada, lo ideal sería que utilicen el tag spanish si el contenido es en español y ya eso será suficiente como para recibir el voto. De igual forma, estaré buscando sugerencias con otros curadores que conozco.
Ser Venezolano: Este punto será sumamente importante porque mi misión es curar Venezolanos y eso haré, para asegurarme de esto estaré revisando los perfiles de los autores para verificar que estos sean Venezolanos antes de votar.
¡Yo también quiero apoyar esas curaciones!
Pensando en el hecho de que tal vez hayan personas que quieran unirse a mi labor de curación durante estas dos semanas, decidí crear un trail de curación con mi usuario @ilazramusic, para todo el que quiera unirse a la curación, simplemente debe entrar en SteemAuto, loguearse, buscar la sección Curation Trail, y en el cuadro de búsqueda colocar mi nombre de usuario y darle al botón de Buscar.
Pueden apoyar steemians, proyectos, comunidades, etc, estoy abierto a cualquier apoyo a esta labor.
Les recuerdo que dicha labor durará solo dos semanas, no es un trail fijo.
¿Cómo vas a asegurar la transparencia?
Para dar fiabilidad del trabajo que se realizó, voy a crear un reporte de curación dando los detalles de los post curados en la semana, es decir, un reporte de los 12 post diarios, durante los 7 días de la semana, dando un total de 84 post, con sus detalles de pago y demás.
Además, estaré dejando un comentario especial en cada post que cure para dar fiabilidad de la labor.
Te invito a que me dejes por acá nombres de autores venezolanos que conozcas que no tengan buenas recompensas en sus publicaciones y cumplan con los requisitos mostrados anteriormente
Estamos listos para cumplir la misión, y definitivamente le agradezco demasiado a @tarekadam por esta oportunidad. Este tipo de iniciativas deberían repetirse entre las comunidades, vamos a hacer crecer esta hermosa plataforma, por fin puedo aportar un grano de arena más significativo.
Y recuerden, esta curación NO será un regalo, será producto del esfuerzo de alguien que quiere ver esta plataforma más hermosa de lo que es por un lado y por el otro será el éxito de un autor que aún no ha sido descubierto y que merece una recompensa mayor por su increíble contenido.

What happened, Ilazra?
About 4 days ago, a user called @tarekadam offered a 10,000 SP delegation for two weeks for a Venezuelan curator who promised to vote content clearly Venezuelan to be a small support to the situation and imminent crisis that is happening within the country. There were more than 100 comments, nominations and words of support for many initiatives and people who wanted to accept the challenge.
I decided to nominate myself to receive this responsibility because I truly believe that I have a very objective criterion and an incredible love for this platform to do a completely responsible job with that power and everything went well, because I RECEIVED THE DELEGATION!

And what does that mean?
This means that from tomorrow, MONDAY, November 5, I'll start a manual curation work for quality Venezuelan talents (with priority in undervalued ones). For this job, I've developed a strategy that will make the curation very effective, fair and transparent. This strategy consists of the following specifications:
Voting by rounds: To prevent the Voting Power from being consummated at a point where the vote is worthless, I'll divide the vote into three rounds (Morning, Afternoon and Nocturne), in each of the rounds I'll vote 4 post and finally I'll vote a post of the @swimproject to contribute to the growth of it, this for a total of 13 post voted daily at 100% (grants a 0.4 $ reward) and doesn't go behing 80% Voting Power.
Selection criteria: For the first point, there will be a selection criteria for the posts that will be supported, this criterion is as follows:
Quality publications: Although the idea is to support, of course I won't vote posts that don't have a sample that the author is seeking to create quality.
Good practices: Point 1 is important, but this is the key point for this support. My criterion as a curator has improved a lot and getting people who are doing bad practices like spam or plagiarism is not complicated, so, to find the first indication that the author commits some kind of practice of this nature I'll ignore the post and make the corresponding report to SteemCleaners.
There will be no exclusive tag: For this work you'll not need a particular tag or anything, you should use the Spanish tag if the content is in Spanish and that's it, that will be enough to receive the vote. In the same way, I'll be looking for suggestions with other curators that I know.
Being Venezuelan: This point will be extremely important because my mission is to curate Venezuelans and that's what I'll do, to make sure of this I'll be reviewing the authors profiles to verify that they're Venezuelans before voting.
I also want to support those curations!
Thinking about the fact that maybe there are people who want to join my curation work during these two weeks, I decided to create a curation trail with my user @ilazramusic, for anyone who wants to join, simply enter SteemAuto, log in, search the Curation Trail section, and in the search box type my username and click the Search button.
This work can be supported by steemians, projects, communities, etc, I'm open to any support for it.
I remind you that this work will last only two weeks, it's not a permanent trail.
How will you ensure transparency?
To give reliability of the work that was done, I'll create a curation report giving the details of the post curated in the week, that is, a report of the 12 daily posts, during the 7 days of the week, giving a total of 84 post, with payment details and more.
Also, I'll be leaving a special comment on each post that I curate to give reliability of the work.
