RE: Apple vs Facebook: The Privacy Battle

Apple is pretty great re privacy because they can afford to be: hardware is their business, not ads.
Also there's an incentive for them to push other apps away from ad business model to paid, so that they can collect a percentage of app download price.
They have a pretty good track record re privacy
