Once again I was allowed to reinterpret a really cool idea in a new way... After the last painting, the customer wanted another one in my style and sent me a painting as a template... I immediately thought it was a cool idea and got started that very evening...
However, not everything went as planned...I would say this picture is the definition of "trust the process" 😅 But see for yourself...
Wieder einmal durfte ich eine echt coole Idee malerisch neu interpretieren... Nach dem letzten Bild wollte der Kunde direkt noch eins in meiner Art umgesetzt haben und hat mir als Vorlage ein Bild gesendet... Ich fand die Idee sofort cool und habe noch am selben Abend losgelegt...
Allerding lief nicht alles wie geplant..Ich würde mal sagen dieses Bild ist die Definition von "trust the Process" 😅 Aber seht selbst...
The first thing I tried to do was to find the right proportions but it wasn't as easy as I thought... I've often painted hands that hold something but to be honest I've never practiced this angle 😅 After about an hour I was halfway satisfied with the sketch and started priming...
Als erstes habe ich versucht die richtigen Proportionen zu finden aber das war nicht so leicht wie ich dachte... Ich habe ja schon öfter Hände gemalt die etwas halten aber diesen Winkel habe ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie geübt 😅 Nach ca einer Stunde war ich mit der Skizze halbwegs zufrieden und habe mit der Grundierung angefangen...
When I looked at the painting from afar after I had finished priming, I realized that the proportions weren't quite as right as I thought😅 As usual, I painted over it a few more times, repainted it, painted over it again and tried to be satisfied somehow XD As they say... you are your own biggest critic...
Als ich mir das Bild nach abgeschlossener Grundierung mal von weiter Weg angeschaut habe, merkte ich, dass die Proportionen nicht ganz so stimmten wie ich dachte😅 Ich habe wie meistens noch ein paar mal übermalt, neugemalt, nochmal übermalt und versucht irgendwie zufrieden zu werden XD wie heißt es... man selbst ist der größte Kritiker...
When I had finally got everything halfway done after 2 days, I started with the borders, which were finished really quickly... After just under 2 hours everything was ready...Then I took a bit of time to perfect the orange and applied at least 5 layers of paint to the canvas in line-like movements...
In general, I can say that I have never used so much paint on a painting with such a simple motif
Als ich nach 2 Tagen endlich alles halbwegs hinbekommen hatte, fing ich mit den Umrandungen an, die echt schnell fertig waren...Nach knapp 2 Stunden war alles soweit.... Dann habe ich mir noch ein bischen Zeit genommen um die Orange zu perfektionieren und habe bestimmt 5 Lagen farge in Strichartigen Bewegungen auf die Leinwand gebracht...
Generell kann ich sagen, dass ich noch nie so viel Farbe bei einem Bild mit so einem simplen Motiv verbraucht habe
Now I could remove the adhesive strips... In the process, I had the idea that a frame would look really cool and traced the edges with a gold pencil...
In the end, I drew a pattern in, painted over it with black again and the next work of art was finished XD
Yes, it's always very chaotic for me... tells me it's sometimes like that with you too 😅
Jetzt konnte ich die Klebestreifen abnehmen... Dabei kam ich auf die idee, dass ein Rahmen echt coll aussehen würde und halbe mit Goldstift die Ränder nachgezogen...
Am Ende noch ein Muster reingemalt, wieder unzufrieden gewesen mit Schwarz übermalt und Fertig war das nächste Kunstwerk XD
Ja es läuft immer sehr chaotisch ab bei mir... sagt mir, dass es bei euch auch manchmal so ist 😅

Ich hoffe das Ergebnis gefällt euch... Ich finde es ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür, dass im Leben nicht immer alles so aussieht als würde es gut werden aber wenn man dran bleibt und sein bestes gibt,kann etwas gutes daraus entstehen... Man kann nicht immer jeden Zufrieden stellen aber jedes Lächeln ist eine gute Tat in der heutigen Zeit ❤️
