HOW DOES GM LOSE 7 KG IN A WEEK?

*DAY 1:

❖ You need to prepare: The fruit you like to eat (if you don't know what to eat, we have listed some of the best fruits for a 7kg diet in 1 week)

❖ Foods that are good for the GM plan: Apples, oranges, watermelons, kiwis, papayas, grapefruits, guava, apples, or peaches.

*DAY 2:

❖ You need to prepare: Some vegetables you like.

❖ Good food suggestions for GM plant: Carrots, cowpeas, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, lettuce, chives, onions, tubers beets, cauliflower, and bell peppers.

*DAY 3:

*DAY 4:

❖ Prepare: 8 bananas + 4 cups of fresh milk

*DAY 5:

❖ You need to prepare: 6 tomatoes + brown rice/ chicken breast/ fish

❖ Good food suggestions for GM plan: Vegetable salad, juice (apple, cucumber, orange, grapefruit, kiwi, plum), carrot, beetroot.
