Last week I've featured a new blogger who was accused of plagiarism by @cheetah and @steemcleaners. I still don't know how they reached that conclusion because their services are not very transparent, they just ban people with no explanation given. So, if anyone knows what happened with that user, I'd appreciate some enlightenment.
This entry for the Pay It Forward Curation Contest - Week 37 will not have the same problem, as both candidates I'm featuring are more established and have been posting for a while.
The rules of this challenge are very simple: Feature 2 High Quality Original Content Blog Posts from Steemians with a reputation score of 55 or under.
This week I present you two artists who have been blogging for several months, but not yet a full year: @carloscaat and @fragarixie.

Carlos Aranda is a plastic artist who joined the Steem Network on May 30, 2018. He has graduated in Visual Arts at the Los Andes University of Venezuela.
Carlos Aranda has not talked much about himself... but he has been posting his artworks quite regularly, with a few short breaks here and then.
The work I'm featuring from @carloscaat was published 2 days ago and it's a painting he called "Horses in Herd". He has made two blogs about it. I've upvoted the English post but if Spanish is your language, you might want to check the second post instead:

@carloscaat has been doing a great job, in my opinion. His works are really nice and diverse, ranging from animals and people to landscapes.
#2 - @fragarixie (52)
Beatrix Papp is a Designer of Visual Communications Arts from Budapest, Hungary. She joined SteemIt almost a year ago, on January 24, 2018 and has not been posting very regularly... @fragarixie has published an average of a post per month but her works are usually very interesting.
I hope she starts dedicating more time to this platform.

These 3 drawings from @fragarixie show us how technology is getting in the way of tradition. Very cool.
# Final Thoughts
At the time I'm writing this, both posts have low rewards, with $0.55 and $0.55 + $0.03 in rewards.
@carloscaat has been working rather well and I expect to see further awesome works from him.
@fragarixie's drawings are very cute and it's a shame she posts so few of them.
