Update on giveaways and a Wheel of Luck coming and a new OPG token use case
Important Note: I will be moving these giveaways + top 10 posts to the @orionspeakgaming account starting next week so make sure you head on over and follow the account which I will look at reblogging here as well. Also I will be looking at starting a new post with a wheel of luck as well, one that will have a variety of different prizes to win on the wheel ranging from Splinterlands cards, OPG tokens, DEC and other tokens I am hoping to include in the wheel.. of course I will chuck in some slices of winning the consolation prize only which will most likely just be a few tokens of something, so you can at least rest knowing you don't walk away with completely nothing!
This is the idea and you can let me know your thoughts in the comments (along with your interest in this weeks giveaway if you are taking part)
What I am thinking it will be will have people that want to take part in the wheel of luck, on the post for it comment their interest and send some OPG token to @orionspeakgaming and the memo wheel of luck or something like that with the amount sent based on the prizes you can win. These tokens will get burned by being sent to @null so it will slowly reduce this initial amount of OPG tokens in circulation, plus giving you an extra use case for the token.
The first and maybe second Wheel of Luck will end up being a smaller amount due to I am slowly working up some extra things to send to @orionspeakgaming to hold for it.
I would love to buy a bunch of tokens (like SIM, DEC, VYB, POB etc) and cards for Splinterlands or Rising Star (Rising Star you should be able to just list it for OPG if you type it in the token part) with some of my own OPG and put some of this toward the giveaway and the wheel so I can keep having enough for them and it's a great way for people to get extra to hold for top 10 or make use of the OPG token. Giving away multiple Splinterlands cards for OPG holders!
Welcome to the Splinterlands giveaway for the OPG community where I will be giving away a range of Chaos Legion + reward cards which for now will be rares and common and at times an epic but to enter, you need to be holding OPG tokens and then registering your interest on this post with a comment and so I can mark you down for the random name picker. It is easy enough to be earning through the #opg tag, but a bonus if people buy the token since a small part can be used to boost/do more giveaways and I want to be rewarding community members, for their effort in holding OPG.
Any support anyone offers be it upvotes, card donations for a giveaway or even delegations/tokens etc is not necessary but definitely helps out with the giveaways. These are always fun and it is great to see people enjoying their small wins and growing their collections!
