Already made the second Turkey Soup of the season! We were able to get some home grown potatoes to put in the soup too! We harvested them after it warmed up a bit around here.
We also got our corn! Most of it is ornamental so we made a nice display! Feels real good to still have some harvesting activities going on!!
I washed, peeled them then put them in the soup, they were good. I also put some fresh herbs in too

The soup turned out quite well! We boiled turkey bones with some green onions the day before. I am happy with the result
