For those unaware, there was a contest in the month of September by @leomarkettalk.
The goal was to hit a minimum of 10,000 comments during the month which is an average of 333 per day. Initially, this project was started as a prelude to the release of #ProjectBlank. Unfortunately, the timeline was expanded but is hopefully dwindling down.
In the meantime, we continue to post in there each day. It is a place to ask questions, post links to relevant articles, and basically share like on Twitter with applicable content for Leofinance.
As for the contest, here is the post announcing it along with the rules:
Since the contest was successful, we will likely run another one in November. This will give us a month to recharge the accounts.
The comment totals are not run yet so we will wait until we get them but here is what the payout will looks like based upon percentages.
Top commenter - 50% of the total
2nd most commenter - 25% of the total
3rd most commenter - 15% of the total
4th most commenter - 10% of the total
First Pool: All the LEO in the @leomarkettalk account.

Thus, 1,473 LEO will be split up in the above ratios.
Second Pool: All the HBD in the @leomarkettalk account.
This is what the account looked like at the beginning of the month.
Here is how things stand now.
As we can see, there was a nice jump of almost 200 HBD during the month. This, too, will be split to reflect the percentages.
Third Pool: Delegation
The final prize is using the HP from the @leomarkettalk account via delegation. The wallet pic shows there is 851 HP which will be delegated to the winner.
This can be used until there is another contest, looking like 2 months total at this point.
As you can see, the holdings of the account really jumped this month. We need to thank everyone who provided upvotes to the main @leomarkettalk posts. This is what added to the bulk of the prizes.
While October is a month without a contest, let us try and keep the momentum going. As mentioned in the announcement post, SEO is something that we are focusing upon on Leofinance. For this reason, providing links in the post is a great way to enhance the standing of this site.
It is also a terrific way for newer people to interact with others. There are a number of people who are receiving upvotes on their comments (and posts) because of their engagement in that room.
