In this edition of Fungi Friday Kali, I am presenting one of the mushroom species that grows wild in the long fallen trees, namely the Ear Mushroom or Auricularia auricula.
Ear Mushrooms or Auricularia auricula are also a species of mushrooms that can be consumed and the taste is also very good because I have eaten these mushrooms several times, and ear mushrooms are also very good when sauteed or cooked with noodles.
This time I found this ear fungus or Auricularia auricula in one of the large trees that had fallen for a long time, actually there is not only ear fungus but several other fungi also grow simultaneously because it is currently the rainy season so many mushrooms are starting grow.
