Bienvenidos a un nuevo post, hoy decidí consentir a mi primo Erick con un delicioso arroz con leche venezolano ya que tenía tiempo diciéndome que tenía ganas de comer uno, además soy el tipo de chica que prefiere hacer todo en casa considero que así la comida es más sabrosa, así que aquí te dejo el paso a paso de como lo realice !
Welcome to a new post, today I decided to spoil my cousin Erick with a delicious Venezuelan rice pudding since he had time telling me that he wanted to eat one, besides I'm the kind of girl that prefers to do everything at home I consider that way the food is more tasty, so here I leave you the step by step of how I do it !
Necesitaremos: || We will need:
- Arroz
- Agua
- Leche condensada
- Leche liquida
- Canela en polvo y en ramas
- Azucar
Colocar dos tazas de arroz en cinco tazas de agua con las ramas de canela y canela en polvo, cocinamos hasta que el arroz este blando, es el momento ideal para añadirle un vaso de leche liquida con azúcar previamente agregada ( cuatro cucharadas ) movemos muy bien esta mezcla y le añadimos la leche condensada
El arroz puede ser espeso o liquido según la cantidad de leche que le agregues

Movemos hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada, listo el arroz con leche solo nos queda disfrutar de el, puedes servirlo y agregarle leche condensada y canela en polvo
