Really Crabs fish is very delicious when it is tasted . Some people said that Crabs fish is not healthy food . But it is absolutely false . I know that crabs are very healthy and nutritive food .Crabs fish includes copper, vitamin B2, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids. It helps to purify our blood. It reduces Cholesterol and Blood Sugar. It helps to cure against flu disease . It contains vitamins A and C and antioxidants are beneficial for the skin. Crabs fish prevents age spots by preventing the spread of free radicals. The importance of benefial crabs is endless . It removes against skin disease .It helps to increase digestion power . It increases strenght our heart . It keeps cool our body .It prevents against Cough, fever, blood clots . Really It is very nutritive food.
Ingredients
Crabs
Water (like needed)
Green chilli 8 pieces
Tumeric Powder
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Onion paste
Garlic paste
Salt.
Mustard oil
Garam Masala Powder
At first I had cleaned crabs fish .After that I had washed crabs fish with water .
After sometimes I had cut fish . Finally I had taken preparation for making this recipe . I mix tumeric and salt in crabs fish.
When Water is hot in Pan, I leave Mixing crabs fish in the pan. Thus I will fry crabs fish . After a while I provided some water like needed . Sometimes I boil curry . On the whole I take down the whole curry .
After that I blend some materials with hot oil.Such as Onion ,Garlic ,Tumeric Powder ,Red chilli powder, Cumin powder Onion paste, Garam masala powder etc.
Finally I leave mingle hot oil in the pan. I bloom full curry .
In such way I made crabs fish curry . After cooking My family had eaten this recipe . Really It was delicious food. You can try this recipe .Infact it is homemade and easy recipe.
