I am come up with my Entry for #createthatlook Photo filters and effects contest by @bliss11 and drakernoise.

App Used for filters/effects :
Picsapp Editor : For background changes
Cartoon Pictures : For effects
I use my Infinix Hot 8 to capture with cat ears and nose.
Then change the background using "PicsApp Editor"
Then give those photo effects using "Cartoon Pictures" android App
And after that I put these three results on Adobe Image Ready 7.0 and make a GIF of it.
