For the Toppings, you can put anything you like, and as much as you like. I had red capsicum, onion, corn kernels, pineapple and topped with coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese. I used tomato paste as my pasta sauce.

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven for 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Combined All purpose flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
You can knead it by hand or use a stand mixer.
  3. Add the water into the flour and knead not more than 10 minutes by hand or 8 minutes by mixer.
  4. Add the olive oil and knead well until the dough is firm.
  5. Grease a large bowl and transfer the dough. Cover and let it rest in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  6. Transfer the dough on a well floured surface, knead gently to deflate the air and cut it into two equal size.
  7. Flatten the dough with your rolling pin and form the shape you like, (circle/square).
  8. Place your dough in a lightly floured pan and brush it with olive oil for moisture.
  9. Next , add the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Bake it for 13 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Using Bread flour will give you a crispy crust, while All purpose will result to a chewy crust.

You can put anything you want for your toppings. No right and no wrong.
