Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of soya milk
5 tablespoons of oat bran
2 to 3 tablespoons of wheat bran
spices to your liking
We keep only the white of the eggs that we beat until stiff.
Then we add the soya milk and the spices, and we mix.
Then we add the oat and wheat bran:
And we mix to have a creamy paste and we wait a few minutes to let the bran absorb a little liquid:
In the meantime, we heat the pan with a few drops of grape seed oil that we spread with absorbent paper.
Then the dough is poured into the pan and left to cook over medium heat, when the pattie is sufficiently rigid it is turned over
The pattie can be kept in the refrigerator in a plastic box, and you can put it in the toaster before eating it
