En Venezuela uno de los platos t铆picos m谩s famosos es el Hervido o Sancocho de Res. Se hace con Costillas y Pata de Res y una variedad de verduras muy comunes de esta parte del globo. Ademas, con Casabe y un poquito de jugo de Lim贸n es cap谩z de hacer desaparecer el mas malo de los males.

In Venezuela one of the most famous typical dishes is Beef Sancocho. It is made with Ribs and Beef Leg, in addition a variety of vegetables that are very common in this part of the globe. Besides, ith a little piece of Casabe (a thin cake made with cassava) and a drop of Lemon Juice, it is capable of making the worst of evils disappear.

Lo primero es ablandar la costilla. Yo uso una olla de presi贸n, la haga en cocina a gas o en le帽a.
