One of my attempt to put neon lines on every details for this collage. The details have enough space between each other so it just fine and will not look so messy.
I tried to create every details that I can. One example of it is the wall near the sea. I carefully drawn little circles and random lines just to get the texture of the wall.
I almost forgot the about the car. I hope you can still distinguish it with its neon lines.
All added lines were manually drawn by me
