this week, i bought a $13.99 shipped copy of "the magic city" by sun ra, so i thought i'd sneak a pic of a bunch of the records ive found over the years. ill always snag those cheap reissues when i find them!
my copy says it was recorded in 1960 but elsewhere it says 1966, so who knows. i'd say this would be pretty out there for 1960...but being "out there" is what sun ra does best!
i found the comet kohoutek one and it is forbidden at a goodwill in phoenix arizona in about 2005, that was one of the all time scores there!
