Ingredients:
- one smaller cabbage
- one onion
- one larger carrot
- two potatoes
- one chicken fillet
- a tablespoon of flour
- a small spoonful of ground red pepper

- tomato sauce to taste
Preparation:
We cut the cabbage into slightly larger pieces.
Then add salt and mix the cabbage with your hands, the cabbage will meanwhile soften and release the water.
While the cabbage is standing for a while, cut the onion and carrot into cubes.
add a little oil to the pan you plan to cook.
So add the onion and carrot and simmer over low heat.
when you see that they have become a little softer, add flour and ground red pepper, stirring constantly so that no balls of flour remain.
Add a little more than a liter of cold water and let it boil.
when it boils add the cabbage.
And let it simmer a little over a low heat, while the cabbage simmer the potatoes and cut the meat into cubes.
Then add the meat and potatoes and cook for another twenty minutes.
Stir and add spices to taste.
at the end of cooking, add a little tomato juice, bring to a boil.
And the soup is ready, rich in vegetables and chicken fillet cubes.
