Es un Programa para recargar las baterías con buena vibra, como nos recuerda la excelente locutora del programa, @angelica7, quien canta precioso y a cuya voz se unen otras para generar una espectacular tarde-noche de concierto. Se trata de una actividad de curación en vivo, mas bien de un festival para intercambiar ideas y "mover la buena vibra con canciones," en vivo y en directo.

En los países tropicales no valoramos lo suficiente la presencia del sol en la vida cotidiana. Porque se disfruta de él durante todo el año. Mas bien nos quejamos de la fuerza con que nos acarician sus rayos, entre paréntesis, hay que aprender a protegerse de ellos. Sé que muchas personas lo hacen, pero no está de más recordarlo: protectores solares, sombrillas y optar por caminar a la sombra, cuando esta opción es posible. Pero no es de esto de lo que quiero hablarles hoy, sino de la manera como celebran el verano, el sol, la vida, en los países de cuatro estaciones.
Cuando llegué a Cataluña de vacaciones, me pareció exagerada la manera como la gente hacía mil cosas en el día, un corre corre para divertirse, disfrutar al máximo cada momento del día, de la presencia del sol. Hoy lo entiendo perfectamente.
El verano es casi un sinónimo de vida y diversión, aunque también lo es de mucho calor. Los días son más largos, por lo tanto se extiende el tiempo para disfrutar de las playas y el sol. Por eso, las autoridades locales organizan múltiples diversiones para los turistas y los residentes. Casi todos los fines de semana hay eventos, como el que les comparto en las fotografías, con fuegos artificiales, atracciones, bailes populares. ¡Qué mejor época para celebrar la vida, vale decir, estar vivo!.
In tropical countries we do not value enough the presence of the sun in everyday life. Because it is enjoyed throughout the year. Rather, we complain about the force with which their rays caress us, parenthetically, we must learn to protect ourselves from them. I know that many people do it, but it is worth remembering: sunscreens, umbrellas and choosing to walk in the shade, when this option is possible. But this is not what I want to talk to you about today, but rather the way in which they celebrate summer, the sun, life, in countries with four seasons.
When I arrived in Catalonia on vacation, the way people did a thousand things during the day seemed exaggerated, a run runs to have fun, enjoy every moment of the day to the fullest, the presence of the sun. Today I understand it perfectly.
Summer is almost synonymous with life and fun, although it is also very hot. The days are longer, therefore the time to enjoy the beaches and the sun is extended. For this reason, the local authorities organize multiple entertainments for tourists and residents. Almost every weekend there are events, like the one I share in the photographs, with attractions, popular dances. What better time to celebrate life, that is, to be alive!
El verano es también importante para mí, en lo personal. Varias de mis celebraciones tienen lugar en esta estación. Soy hija del solsticio de verano, así que la primera celebración que debo mencionar es mi cumpleaños. Y mi ser vibra con el verano. El solo hecho de contemplar el sol, me produce alegría. La presencia del sol evapora mis sentimientos grises, eleva en varios grados mi autoestima.
No creo que se trate de casualidad, me casé en un mes de junio y mi primer hijo, nació en el siguiente junio. Así que junio es para mí un mes al que estoy agradecida. En España, mi país de cuatro estaciones o en mi amada y tropical Venezuela, celebro y agradezco a la vida en una forma muy especial durante dos meses, ya saben que escribiré junio, el otro es diciembre, por las emociones que suben de nivel en este mes de amplio compartir y manifestar amor por todo lo creado.
Summer is also important to me, personally. Several of my celebrations take place in this season. I am a daughter of the summer solstice, so the first celebration I should mention is my birthday. And my being vibrates with summer. The mere fact of contemplating the sun makes me happy. The presence of the sun evaporates my gray feelings, raises my self-esteem to several degrees.
I don't think it's a coincidence, I got married in June and my first child was born the following June. So June is for me a month that I am grateful for. In Spain, my country of four seasons or in my beloved and tropical Venezuela, I celebrate and thank life in a very special way for two months, you know that I will write June, the other is December, for the emotions that rise in level in this month of broad sharing and manifesting love for all creation.
