When referring to scientific writing, it literally refers to the success of the final work, because it leads to the clear content of a problem coherently expressed in writing, with a formulation that manages to raise conclusions, recommendations and in some cases the solution by means of the proposal. It should always be taken into account that it is a content possibly unknown to the reader, and that is why it must be transmitted effectively and clearly.

It is worth noting that scientific writing is not only used in theses or degree works, but also in lectures and even essays, highlighting that all its content is aimed at an audience that can criticize using the domain of the subject and even a reader who expects to be documented through what is expressed by the author.

That is why the writing should contemplate the strategies of:

Perception: how the audience receives and understands the content. As the scientific axiom says.

"The scientific experiment is not complete until its results have been published and understood".

Comprehension: is achieved through simplicity in its content.
Language: the use must be precise, with words that do not confuse.

PROSPECTIVE AND STRATEGIC METHODS

The scientific journal stands out in its content where it disseminates knowledge, because it provides topics from multiple fields with educational theoretical methodology, which contemplates a raw material, a process and a product. And one of the powerful media that currently disseminates are digital platforms, but consumers are unaware of the complexity that contains the final product within the legal standards, editorial policy and all the steps by which each issue must qualify before being published as is the editorial flow and not only refereed but reviewed by experts and supported by international policies. Highlighting the selection to which each author is exposed to be part of the scientific digital journal, motivated by the fact that the profile should be focused not only on knowledge but also on the skills and abilities to teach innovative topics.

MANAGEMENT OF AUTHORS FOR KNOWLEDGE DISSEMINATION

When highlighting the dissemination, first of all, it must be clear that the public is targeted, according to this, the topic is selected and the language, if it is scientific, and the medium through which it will be disseminated, this indicates whether it is formal or informal. The journal must maintain continuity in its publication and editorial quality, and this is not a test where the evaluator is a member of the same, but is composed by committees that establish the quality under international criteria. And it should not be overlooked that among the journals that meet the quality standard in Venezuela is the Universidad de los Andes.

Regarding the management among authors. There is no rule that establishes it, motivated to that governs according to the specialty and the custom as each author handles it, and when the content is developed collectively, the signatures will be ordered according to the importance of the content of the article.

INTEGRAL VISION OF THE JOURNAL

It outlines the challenge within the educational context forming individuals through the university environment as a social responsibility and its contribution to the country, but as in any development environment there are barriers of forms and funds, that is, from the unethical authors to the tools or resources.

At some point, they came to ask why research? The digital media has multiple uses and among them is to educate and disseminate knowledge and this is achieved through research. The human being is clearly social with a need to interrelate and this allows him to exchange ideas and points of view, which facilitates the expansion of knowledge. Likewise, they are thirsty for information on a variety of subjects. This presents a challenge to authors and their media, because it forces them to update their content, which will gain subscribers.
