Hola chicos, espero que se encuentren bien. A continuación les compartiré una fácil receta que se trata de sándwich de envoltura de huevo (sin pan). Sencillo de hacer y sobre todo saludable para un desayuno.

MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

• 2 huevos/ 2 eggs
• Puré de papa/ Mashed potato
• Tiras de queso/ Cheese strips
• Tiras de pimenton/ Paprika strips
• Lechuga/ Lettuce
• Repollo morado/ Purple cabbage
• Salsa de tomate/ Tomato sauce
• Sal/ Salt

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, los 2 huevos que utilizaremos lo batiremos para hacer la tortilla. Agregamos un toque de sal.

To begin with, we will beat the 2 eggs we will use to make the omelet. Add a touch of salt.

Pondremos la mezcla de huevos en un sarten con un toque de aceite a fuego medio y dejamos cocinar la tortilla por los 2 lados.

Put the egg mixture in a frying pan with a touch of oil over medium heat and cook the omelet on both sides.

Lista la tortilla, la rellenaremos con puré de papa (puede ser alguna salsa que tengan como la de aguacate) y tiras de queso y pimentón.

Seguimos agregando salsa de tomate (también mayonesa opcional) y retazos de lechuga.

Por encima, trozos rayados de repollo morado.

On top, shredded pieces of purple cabbage.

Para terminar, enrollaremos para así cortar por la mitad nuestro sándwich enrollado.
