LeoGlossary: Non-Bank ATM

An automated teller machine that allows cardholders access to their accounts yet is owned by a independent bank or financial institution. There are usually fees associated with using these ATMs to the cardholder. Also, deposits are not typically allowed since it is with an different institution.

Cardholders can usually only withdraw cash from their accounts.
