SplinterGlossary: Chaos Legion Edition
This is the current main edition being sold by Splinterlands and it was released in October 2021, after more than 4 months since the previous main edition was sold out.
It follows the three previous main editions:
It also comes after an explosive growth of the game during the summer and fall of 2021. As a result, the total supply of booster packs being sold grew significantly compared to previous editions.
Chaos Legion comes with a cap of 15,000,000 packs and, after almost 9 months (but only 7 months of general sale), more than 60% of them have been sold.
Chaos Legion is the most extensive set to date, with over 100 cards without counting the ones airdropped at every 1 million packs sold.
Its cards can be used in both formats, Modern and Wild.
After a passed proposal, starting from December 2022, 25000 packs are burned daily until March 31st, 2023, when everything else remaining is burned.
