En marco al día del trabajador hoy realizamos la primera jornada de atención a los trabajadores del PN Médanos de Coro y PR Jardín Xerofito. Cargado de mucho estrés, trabajo, presión y emociones 😅 La jornada contó con atención médica de gastroenterología, optometría, oftalmología y fisioterapia 👩🏽‍⚕️ para el poco tiempo de gestión es bastante lo que se ha hecho, y la idea es seguir haciéndolo para que los muchachos no se sientan solos y se sientan ayudados 💫 Hicimos un taller sobre el manejo de las emociones ☺️

Fue un día para ellos, para que se distrajeran y disfrutaran, jugaron dominó, bailaron, servicio de barbería y les preparamos una sopa, bueno, dos grandes ollas de sopa 😱🫕 Comieron muchísimo y quedó, yo estaba a cargo de la logística y de otras cositas, estuve caminando todo el día de un lado a otro, pero valió la pena, lo logramos en una semana, organizar y gestionar todo. También dimos reconocimientos individuales y grupales, estuvo bastante emotivo ese momento porque nadie se lo esperaba 💝💚 Este equipo trabajó en conjunto para que se diera la actividad, y bueno, es la primera y serán mejores 💥 De los detalles haremos algo mejor 💫

As part of Worker's Day, today we held the first day of attention to the workers of the PN Médanos de Coro and PR Jardín Xerofito. Loaded with a lot of stress, work, pressure and emotions 😅 The day included medical care from gastroenterology, optometry, ophthalmology and physiotherapy 👩🏽‍⚕️ for the short time of management, enough has been done, and the idea is to continue doing it to so that the boys do not feel alone and feel helped 💫 We did a workshop on managing emotions ☺️

It was a day for them, for them to be distracted and enjoy themselves, they played dominoes, danced, barber service and we prepared them a soup, well, two big pots of soup 😱 They ate a lot and it was left, I was in charge of the logistics and other things, I was walking from one place to another all day, but it was worth it, we managed it in a week, organizing and managing everything. We also gave individual and group recognitions, that moment was quite emotional because no one expected it 💝💚 This team worked together to make the activity happen, and well, it is the first and they will be better 💥 From the details we will make something better 💫
