Seguimos con la navidad…

Esta vez les mostraré la maqueta del menú Tradicional Navideño Venezolano, realizada para una actividad escolar de mi sobrina,en donde harían una presentación de una mesa con todos los alimentos típico de la época.

El regreso a clases, luego de tanto tiempo distantes por la pandemia, coincidió con una de las mejores épocas para la expresión gastronómica de mi país. Por eso una de las actividades escolares en ésta época es enseñar a los niños y niñas sobre nuestra cultura y tradiciones navideñas, una de la mas queridas es el plato navideño que comemos cada año para celebrar la navidad, muchas familias lo preparan distintos sin embargo en todas esta presente las hallacas, el pan de jamón y la ensalada de gallina.

Espero les guste este sencillo trabajo que representa el sentir de todo el país cuando de navidad se trata. Sin más y esperando disfruten del trabajo realizado les dejo los materiales utilizados, el proceso y y sus imágenes.

MATERIALES:

Cartón reciclado.
Cartulina Verde tamaño carta.
Marcadores de Colores y colores verdes.
Pabilo.
Foami de colores (crema, vino, verde claro, blanco naranja, marrón, verde oscuro).
Silicón Frio.
Silicón Caliente.
Hoja Blanca.

PROCESO:

HALLACA:
1. Cortamos tres (3) rectángulos de 13 cm por 8 de ancho y los pegamos uno sobre el otro. (en caso de tener cartón grueso no será necesario.
2. Tomar la cartulina y hacer marcas verticales coloreando con marcadores y colores verdes de distintos tonos.
3. Tomar la cartulina y forrar el rectángulo de cartón, cuidando de no exceder en silicón frio para no manchar la pieza. Un vez seca pegar la faja en sentido horizontal por la parte frontal de la misma.
4. Cruzar la pieza con pabilo blanco simular en amarre de la hallaca.

PAN DE JAMÓN:
1. Cortamos tiras de foamis de igual grosor y lo pegamos uno sobre otras con silicón caliente. Los colores deben intercalarse para que al enrollar simule el relleno tradicional del pan (jamon, tocineta, pasas, aceitunas y queso crema)
2. Pintamos la parte externa del Foami con marcadores de nuestra preferencia para simular lo dorado del horneado.

ENSALADA DE GALLINA:
1. Cortamos en cuadro pequeñitos foamis de color blanco, verde claro, verde oscuro y anaranjado. Esto simulará los vegetales correspondiente a las papas, zanahorias, manzana verde y cilantro.
2. Cortamos pequeñas hebras de pabilo blanco que simulará la carne de gallina desmechada.
3. Unimos todos los recortes en un pote y aplicamos una cantidad generosa de silicón liquido para que las piezas se unan entre si y no se suelten. Dejamos secar bien.

Para unificar las piezas, creamos un plato blanco, recortando un pedazo de cartón y se forra con hoja blanca. Pegamos las piezas con silicón caliente en la forma que mejor nos guste y ¡Listo!, a disfrutar de la magia de lo creado en casa.

MATERIALS:

Recycled cardboard.
Green cardboard letter size.
Colored markers and green colors.
Wick.
Colored Foami (cream, wine, light green, white, orange, brown, dark green).
Cold Silicone.
Hot Silicone.
White sheet.

PROCESS:
HALLACA:
1. Cut three (3) 13 cm by 8 cm wide rectangles and glue them one on top of the other. (In case you have thick cardboard it will not be necessary.
2. Take the cardboard and make vertical marks by coloring with markers and green colors of different shades.
3. Take the cardboard and cover the cardboard rectangle, being careful not to overdo it with cold silicone so as not to stain the piece. Once dry, glue the band horizontally on the front side of the cardboard.
4. Cross the piece with white wick to simulate the tie of the hallaca.

HAM BREAD:
1. Cut strips of foamis of equal thickness and glue them one on top of the other with hot silicone. The colors should be intercalated to simulate the traditional filling of the bread (ham, bacon, raisins, olives and cream cheese) when rolled up.
2. We paint the outside of the Foami with markers of our preference to simulate the golden baking.

CHICKEN SALAD:
1. Cut white, light green, dark green and orange foamis in small squares. This will simulate the vegetables corresponding to the potatoes, carrots, green apple and cilantro.
2. We cut small strands of white wick that will simulate the shredded chicken meat.
3. We unite all the trimmings in a pot and apply a generous amount of liquid silicone so that the pieces are joined together and do not come loose. Let dry well.

To unify the pieces, we create a white plate by cutting out a piece of cardboard and cover it with a white sheet. We glue the pieces with hot silicone in the shape we like best and that's it, **enjoy the magic of what we have created at home. **
