11:00 AM - Rise & shine. 11:24 AM - Banana and brown sugar on oatmeal, and coffee, for breakfast. I feel like I have sophisticated dreams and some which I forget including this morning. I should perhaps set an alarm so I can get up soon enough to write down even more dreams before I forget them. My 2019 injury finger still bothers me when I wake up sometimes and that includes this morning as well. Interesting nap today and like a role model I did it around 04:00 PM for like an hour and then went outside to work from 05:00 PM to 11:30 PM minus some nerf for thirty minutes or longer around like 06:00 PM or 07:00 PM. Dinner now at 11:43 PM includes noodles, chips, frozen piza, coffee. Oh, I got a headache the past few hours but it is not a migrane or not yet. I pray it goes away and I drink water to help it go away in Jesus name amen.
