How to Make Crispy Double Choco Bomboloni

Back again with me Jodi and Ema on the blog of food and snack recipes that are very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. Happy Tuesday for those of you who are doing activities as usual or just at home with family or friends, I hope your days are fun and fine. Thank you to all the hivers and communities who have supported my previous post, give your suggestions about the recipe. Well, this Tuesday, Ema and I will share a bomboloni recipe that is different from the one I've shared before. This bomboloni uses a lot of chocolate and of course makes you addicted to this double chocolate bomboloni. For you chocolate lovers, you must try this recipe yourself at home. Good luck Hivers!

Well, the ingredients for making this recipe are certainly very simple and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, white bread flour, margarine, powdered milk, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, yeast, liquid chocolate and mineral water. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place and put 20 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of powdered milk, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder and half a tablespoon of yeast. After that? stir the dry mixture until well blended.

The second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is add enough clean water and then knead the dough using clean hands until the dough is half smooth.

The third step, after you have kneaded the dough until it becomes half smooth, then add 2 tablespoons of margarine and set a spoon of salt into the dough. Then, knead the dough again until the mixture is smooth and the dough is soft.

The fourth step, after the dough has been mixed well and becomes soft, then cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough double for about 15 minutes.

The fifth step, after the dough has seen doubled in size from before, then all you have to do is cut and weigh the dough with each dough weighing 50 grams. After that, round all the dough until it's done.

The sixth step, after the dough has been cut and rounded to completion, then prepare mineral water and white breadcrumbs like the photo above.

The seventh step, after you have prepared the water and white breadcrumbs, then dip the dough into clean water and then roll the dough into the breadcrumbs until evenly distributed. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.

The eighth step, after the dough is finished, arrange the dough on a baking sheet and shape the dough into an oval shape. After that, cover the dough and let it rise for about 20 minutes.

The tenth step, after the dough has risen for 20 minutes, then prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil into the pan. Then heat the cooking oil for a few minutes and fry the dough until all sides of the dough are lightly browned.

The last step, after all the bomboloni has been fried to completion, make a hole in the bomboloni with chopsticks or a stick and then put the chocolate into the hole. Repeat this step until everything is done.
