Hola mis amigos de esta maravillosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:  En esta oportunidad les quiero dar a conocer bellas fotografías de una ciudad muy hermosa de mi país Argentina. La ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Ushuaia¨ es relativamente joven, tiene menos de 150 años; Aunque la vida en el lugar se remonta a muchos años antes, cuando solo habitaban indígenas originarios del lugar; La juventud de la ciudad tiene una explicación; Este es el lugar más ¨austral¨ del ¨mundo¨, la última ciudad del universo, un lugar donde nadie deseaba habitar por su clima extremo, mas allá de este hermoso lugar solo hay océano; Esta es unas de las ciudades más hermosas del sur de nuestro país, con una arquitectura realmente exquisita, construidas con manos de inmigrantes de diferentes partes del mundo. Estoy muy agradecido con nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd por la creación de esta comunidad, un lugar muy importante para quienes amamos la arquitectura. Una comunidad lo hacemos entre todos, para el beneficio de todo, el crecimiento de la comunidad depende de todos nosotros. Por eso quiero aportar con el 15 % de lo que genere este post, en beneficio de mi comunidad favorita

Hello my friends of this wonderful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:  On this occasion I want to show you beautiful photographs of a very beautiful city in my country, Argentina. The "City" of "Ushuaia" is relatively young, it is less than 150 years old; Although life in the place dates back to many years before, when only indigenous people from the place lived; The youth of the city have an explanation; This is the most "southern" place in the "world", the last city in the universe, a place where no one wanted to inhabit due to its extreme climate, beyond this beautiful place there is only ocean; This is one of the most beautiful cities in the south of our country, with truly exquisite architecture, built with the hands of immigrants from different parts of the world. I am very grateful to our friends @storiesoferne @aplusd for creating this community, a very important place for those of us who love architecture; We make a community together, for the benefit of all, the growth of the community depends on all of us. Originalmente ¨Ushuaia¨ era una ciudad pesquera, y como todas las ciudades al servicio de esta profesión, sus construcciones se hicieron a la vera del mar. La arquitectura de la época utilizaban la madera, y chapa para las construcción de las edificaciones, y se diferenciaban entre sí, por el conocimiento técnico del constructor. La ubicación extrema de la ciudad no era algo que a los argentinos les gustara para vivir, por esta razón, los gobernantes invitaban a los extranjeros a poblar la ciudad; Esta invitación atrajo el interés a inmigrantes de todo el mucho, que trajeron consigo el conocimiento y los diferentes estilos que se puede apreciar en la ciudad en sus construcciones

Originally ¨Ushuaia¨ was a fishing city, and like all the cities at the service of this profession, its constructions were made by the sea. The architecture of the time used wood and sheet metal for the construction of buildings, and they differed from each other due to the technical knowledge of the builder. The extreme location of the city was not something that Argentines liked to live in, for this reason, the rulers invited foreigners to populate the city; This invitation attracted the interest of immigrants from all over the world, who brought with them the knowledge and the different styles that can be seen in the city in its constructions

La arquitectura de las edificaciones comenzó a evolucionar con la llegada de un inmigrante italiano; Un ingeniero que comenzó a construir las edificaciones con mampostería; Sus construcciones se destacaba del resto de las edificaciones por el material que usaba, hasta su llegada solo utilizaban las maderas en las edificaciones; Si bien los edificios construidos en maderas eran realmente hermosas, las construcciones en mampostería daban la sensación de seguridad; La primera edificación en piedra fue la penitenciaria del lugar, una cárcel construida bajo la dirección del ingeniero con manos trabajadoras de los propios reclusos

En esta oportunidad les quiero invitar a dar un paseo por unos de los barrios más hermosos que tiene la ciudad, unos de los pocos ¨barrios¨¨ privados¨ que hay en Ushuaia. Esta es una modalidad nueva que se está implementando, esta es una ciudad muy pequeña donde todos se conocen, no hay lugar para la inseguridad; La creación de estos barrios cerrados no están asociado a la seguridad, más bien a la calidad de sus construcciones; Es decir, demuestran que son construcciones de personas de mayor poder adquisitivo, o una diferente clase social

Este barrio lleva un llamativo nombre; ¨Tierras¨ de ¨leyendas¨, y está asociado a las leyendas de la ciudad, que tiene que ver con la exterminación de la comunidad indígena nativa. Las edificaciones están construidas con diferentes materiales, en la actualidad se está volviendo a utilizar mucho la madera, al parecer son más cálidas que las que son construidas en cemento; Otro punto importante a destacar, es el costo y la disposición de los materiales; ¨Ushuaia¨ es una hermosa bahía, pero hay serios problemas de transporte para recibir los materiales de construcción, incluso hay empresas que por alto costo del flete prefieren no comercializar en la ciudad

This neighborhood has a catchy name; ¨Lands¨ of ¨legends¨, and is associated with the legends of the city, which has to do with the extermination of the native indigenous community.
