En esta ocasión vengo a compartir con ustedes esta increíble película que nos deja un claro mensaje acerca del perdón y la misericordia. Que, como seres humanos, a veces en nuestras vidas es difícil ponerlas a prueba, ya que no siempre consideramos, dar el perdón, a aquellos que son culpables de actos ilícitos. De igual manera dándonos a entender que, el perdonar nos hace libres de las cargas que nos evitan caminar firmes en nuestra vida, así como también dejar atrás nuestros rencores y deseos de venganza, para poder sanar nuestras heridas.
This time I come to share with you this incredible movie that leaves us a clear message about forgiveness and mercy. That, as human beings, sometimes in our lives it is difficult to put them to the test, since we do not always consider, to give forgiveness, to those who are guilty of illicit acts. In the same way, giving us to understand that forgiveness frees us from the burdens that prevent us from walking firmly in our life, as well as leaving behind our grudges and desires for revenge, in order to heal our wounds.

Esta película se encuentra basada en la novela homónima de William Paul Young, “La cabaña” conocida por su nombre original como “The Shack”. La cual nos narra la historia de Mackenzie, quien en su niñez fue maltratado por su padre y cuando es adulto debe afrontar la desaparición y muerte de su pequeña hija Missy. Tras esta terrible tragedia, que trastorna completamente a él y a su familia, recibe una extraña carta en su buzón, la cual le dice que acuda a la cabaña, siendo este el lugar donde su hija fue asesinada, así que decide regresar, creyendo que allí encontraría al violador, pero en su lugar conoce a Jesús, a Dios y al Espíritu Santo de Dios, quienes lo ayudarán a superar el dolor y arreglar las cosas con su familia.
This film is based on the novel by William Paul Young, "The Shack" known by its original name as "The Shack." Which tells the story of Mackenzie, who in her childhood was mistreated by her father and as an adult must face the disappearance and death of her little daughter Missy. ¿Como se desenvuelve la película? // How does the movie unfold?
Tras perder a su hija, Mack recibe una misteriosa carta firmada por “Papá” e invitándolo a ir a la cabaña donde fue encontrado el cuerpo de Missy. Cuando llega al lugar descubre que lo esperan Dios, a quien Nan llama “papá”, Jesús y el Espíritu Santo. Aunque al principio el no da crédito a lo que está viendo poco a poco se convence de que todo es real.
After losing his daughter, Mack receives a mysterious letter signed by "Dad" and inviting him to go to the cabin where Missy's body was found. When he arrives at the place, he discovers that God, whom Nan calls "dad", Jesus and the Holy Spirit are waiting for him. Although at first, he does not give credit to what he is seeing, little by little he convinces himself that everything is real.

Dios, que toma la imagen de una mujer afroamericana, le da la bienvenida e intenta ayudarlo a curar sus heridas, pero él lo culpa por dejar morir a su hija, ya que no comprende porque Dios no hizo nada para evitar que Missy muriera a manos de ese asesino serial.

Después se encuentra frente a la Sabiduría, quien le pide juzgar a las demás personas y le hace escoger entre sus hijos para que uno vaya al cielo y el otro al infierno. Pero Mack se niega a elegir entre sus hijos y prefiere sacrificarse él, con eso la Sabiduría le hace ver que Dios tampoco puede escoger entre sus hijos.
Then he finds himself in front of Wisdom, who asks him to judge other people and makes him choose between his children so that one goes to heaven and the other to hell. But Mack refuses to choose between his children and prefers to sacrifice himself, with that Wisdom makes him see that God cannot choose between his children either.

Poco a poco Mack va dejando su dolor atrás e incluso comienza a perdonar al hombre que lastimó a Missy, aunque sabe que tomará tiempo. Tras enterrar el cuerpo de su pequeña, él decide volver con su familia, sin embargo, de regreso sufre un accidente automovilístico. Cuando despierta en el hospital descubrimos que nunca llegó a la cabaña y que el accidente se produjo antes. Pero ahora ve de manera diferente la vida y le cuenta a su esposa Nan que Missy está bien, y a su hija Kate la ayuda a entender que nada de lo sucedió es culpa de ella.
Little by little Mack leaves his pain behind and even begins to forgive the man who hurt Missy, although he knows it will take time. After burying the body of his little girl, he decides to return to his family, however, on his return he suffers a car accident. When he wakes up in the hospital, we discover that he never made it to the cabin and that the accident happened before. But now he sees life differently and tells his wife Nan that Missy is fine, and helps her daughter Kate understand that nothing that happened is her fault.

Desde mi punto de vista, debido al razonamiento abiertamente teológico y moral de esta película, es claro que el mensaje de esta cinta, es el perdón y la misericordia. Debido a que esta presenta a un hombre que tras perder a su hija se encierra en el dolor, y poco a poco también pierde al resto de su familia, y no es hasta que comienza a dejar ese rencor y sufrimiento atrás que recupera su felicidad. Otro asunto que se puede rescatar es que mientras Mack está inmerso en su propio dolor y culpa es incapaz de ver el sufrimiento de su hija Kate y por lo tanto no puede ayudarla a superarla su tristeza.
From my point of view, due to the overtly theological and moral reasoning of this film, it is clear that the message of this film is forgiveness and mercy. Because it presents a man who after losing his daughter locks himself up in pain, and little by little also loses the rest of his family, and it is not until he begins to leave that resentment and suffering behind that he regains his happiness. Another issue that can be rescued is that while Mack is immersed in his own pain and guilt, he is unable to see the suffering of his daughter Kate and therefore cannot help her overcome her sadness.

Claramente no todos tenemos la misma opinión con respecto a nuestras creencias y religiones, pero más que una religión es una verdad, el hecho de que, muchas veces nos vemos inmersos en nuestras aflicciones, rencores y malos deseos, los cuales no nos dejan gozar de una vida plena junto a nuestros seres queridos, ya que muchas veces creamos una pared en nosotros, que no nos deja ver el sufrimiento de los demás, y creemos que somos los únicos afectados, cuando en realidad hay personas que necesitan más de ti, que tú de ellos. Por lo que, considero, es una muy buena reflexión la que nos deja esta película, para aprender a ver más allá de los grandes obstáculos, y poder avanzar a través de cada uno de ellos sin perder el amor en nuestra vida.
Clearly, we do not all have the same opinion regarding our beliefs and religions, but more than a religion it is a truth, the fact that many times we are immersed in our afflictions, resentments and bad desires, which do not allow us to enjoy a full life with our loved ones, since many times we create a wall in ourselves, which does not let us see the suffering of others, and we believe that we are the only ones affected, when in reality there are people who need more of you, that you from them. For what, I consider, it is a very good reflection that this film leaves us, to learn to see beyond the great obstacles, and to be able to advance through each one of them without losing the love in our lives.
