Hello everyone 🦋

This is my entry for the contest, so today I was in a dilemma on which card to pick today but luckily I saw Medusa and boom! The inspiration came in.

I have always had something for villains, you know in the history of time Medusa has been considered to be a monster who turns humans into stone. Forgetting that Medusa was once a young lady who worshiped in the temple of Athena just like every other maiden before she encountered the tragic experience which led to her deformed nature as a half snake, half human, a Naga.

But Medusa in the Splinterland game is a standard card with magic damage and good stats.

Now let me take you guys through the drawing process, since I was super tired today, I had to rest in between the drawing, so it took longer than expected to finish.

So the first step is that I get my drawing all tools together, a book and a pencil, the first process for me to sketch the whole body from the head to the tip of her tail.

Then I do what they call tracing, using a dark black pen to do that, first the pen now the black pen, this helps me to erase any errors on the drawing while using the pencil.

Then coloring, I have always had something for green colors, it just kinda clicks for me with stuff like this, so in between the coloring I got super hungry and tired, had to fix myself some noodles then took a 2 hour nap, and I was boosted to continue.

And here's the finishing touch, and I was done.
