Material:
- 175 grams of rice flour
- 1 tablespoon of sago flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 275 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut

- 800 ml of oil for frying
Ground spices:
- 6 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 3 cm kencur
- 2 cm turmeric, burned

- 4 candlenuts, roasted
How to make peanut shells:
- Mix all ingredients (except nuts and oil) with ground spices. Stir until well blended.
